Finance Director

Prepare and manage the general ledger, journal entries, balance sheet, fiscal reports and records, audit materials, annual budget, payroll, and related bookkeeping functions.
Provide timely fiscal reporting and invoice submission, in accordance with contracts and grant requirements.
Manage all accounts payable invoices and supporting documentation.
Completes payroll/PTO/leave processing.
Manages all accounting and grant administration systems.
Files appropriate federal, state and local taxes as required by law.
Oversee the benefit and insurance administration.
Manage relationship with external information technology support.
Develop financial forecasts to ensure organization stability and future growth potential.
Qualifications:
A Certified Public Accountant is preferred or a four year degree in accounting, business, fiscal management or related specialized field with a minimum of four years' experience in all aspects of accounting and supervision. Experience working and managing complete computerized accounting system. Experience with federal grants management preferred.
