Holy Cross Head Start is seeking strong, dependable candidates for the following open positions within our agency. 
We offer a competitive benefits package to all full-time staff, including:
Paid Time Off (10 month staff) 68 hours annually 
Paid Time Off (12 month staff) - 4 hours earned bi-weekly
Health Insurance (through Highmark of WNY) - Starts 60 days from hire date on the first of the month. 80% paid by agency.
Dental Plan - Paid in full by agency, 90 day waiting period
Pension Plan - vested after 24 months of service & 1000 hours per year.  The agency will contribute 5% of your salary.
Vacation (for 12 month staff only) - earned bi-weekly
      104 hours (year 1 and 2)     144 hours (year 3)     184 hours (year 4)     224 hours (after 20 years)

Holidays - 15 holidays a year
