Teacher Assistant

*Assists teacher to deliver effective, high-quality developmentally appropriate instruction to children 3-5 years old.
*Assist in creating and fostering a positive learning environment.
*Assist in implementing differentiated instruction to address each learners needs.
*Establish and maintain strong communication lines with all parents and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
*Work effectively as a team member assisting in planning and implementing appropriate meaningful lessons.
*Be available for open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and other agency events.
*Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
*Assist in maintaining a neat, clean classroom environment and keep a professional personal appearance.
Qualifications:
*An Early Childhood Associates Degree or CDA Certificate.
*At least 1 year experience with ages 2-5.
*English/Spanish desirable.
*A thorough Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening will be conducted prior to hiring.
