Nutrition Coordinator

Responsible for the organization and implementation of the Nutrition Service Area at all program sites including creating monthly menus, purchasing and monitoring.
Coordinate and implement systems to ensure proper assessment and referrals for nutrition services.
Supervision and training of food service staff.
Works collaboratively with Holy Cross Management Team, Community Members, staff and parents.
Administration, management and monitoring of Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Qualifications:
BS degree in related nutrition or dietetic field with case management experience. Two (2) years work experience in institutional food service and knowledge of accommodating special diets. Demonstrated ability to work with persons from varied educational, economic and cultural backgrounds. Thorough working knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). English/Spanish helpful.
Requirements:
A thorough Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check will be conducted. Must have own transportation in order to perform the job.
