Must have high school diploma/GED.
Experience in institutional cooking, purchasing and supervision required. Daily food temping, proper food storage, labeling foods and cleaning and sanitizing work space required. Interaction with children and education staff daily. Must be able to follow oral and written directions, and also be able to pick up at least 40 lbs.
